Waseca and Faribault Community Solar Garden Tours

The community solar gardens in Waseca and Faribault are going live! Join us to learn more about these cooperatively-owned solar projects on Saturday, November 16th. Each event includes a 45-minute indoor discussion and Q&A, followed by an optional outdoor tour of the solar garden, about a 5-10 min drive from each indoor location. This meeting will provide you with more information about cooperatively owned community solar and give you the chance to get questions answered. MNIPL partners with Cooperative Energy Futures to provide customers with the opportunity to join a cooperative owned community solar garden and take advantage of the financial savings.

This opportunity is open to any Xcel Energy customer in Dakota, Dodge, Goodhue, Le Sueur, Scott, Steele, Waseca, Blue Earth, Faribault, Freeborn, and Rice, counties. Bring your Xcel bill with you so that you can take the first steps in the subscription process. Snacks and refreshments will be served.
