Better Bonding for Better Building
Minnesota started tying progressively better building practices to our capital investment bonding projects in 2004. By 2030, all new buildings or major renovations receiving state funding should be built to a net-zero standard the legislature passed in 2009. But our climate picture has changed since 2009, and a lot is going to be built before 2030.
We know A LOT about how to build to that standard now.
Can we ask our bonding projects to go further, faster? Could they do more to spur the net zero building we need now?
Check out this webinar recording and the resources below to learn more about how we can use state bonding investments to build better now while spurring industry advancements!
