Beyond Paris: Practical Action as Spiritual Practice
In keeping with MNIPL’s three legged stool approach, we are helping individuals take practical action to lower their carbon footprints. We are fostering a community that meets to calculate their carbon footprints, explore solutions, share best practices, and reflect on how practical action to reduce our carbon footprints can be seen as a spiritual practice.
MNIPL’s “Climate Conversation” program convenes faith communities to host conversations that connect, inspire, and engage their communities in meaningful action on climate change. This engaging group dialogue helps faith communities clarify what actions they can take together.
Walk the Talk: Taking the Next Steps
After hosting a “Climate Conversation,” bring your community together for a “Walk the Talk” session to make a concrete action plan.
Be the Spark: Day-long Workshop
"Be the Spark" is a dynamic and experiential leadership development workshop. Designed to build interfaith community, we give participants premier organizing tools and strategic approaches for engaging their community of faith in climate change solutions.
