Volunteer with MN IPL!
Organize a Green Team. MN IPL has experienced green team organizers who are willing to meet with you and other people in your congregation to help you start a green team in your congregation.
Sign our Individual Covenant. We welcome individuals as well as congregations to be members of MN IPL by pledging to do individual actions.
Become a Covenant Congregation. Covenant congregations commit to one or more actions each year and receive recognition on our website.
- Educate congregants about climate change from your faith perspective
- Celebrate creation in worship
- Conduct a lighting or energy audit
- Make energy efficiency improvements
- Participate in the MN Energy Challenge
- Purchase wind power
- Install solar panels
- Advocate for public policies that reduce greenhouse gas emissions in a just manner
Provide financial assistance to support the work of MNIPL.
